We ship domestically from New York.
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, due to current circumstances we will only be dispatching from our warehouse MONDAY – FRIDAY. This means an order placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. So, if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation over the weekend, please be patient with us.
Carrier shipping times are longer than usual due to extra COVID precautions and delays are possible.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product, except food items*.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:
• Product was purchased in the last 30 days • Product is in its original packaging • Product is not used or damaged • You have the receipt or proof of purchase • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN), contact us by emailing email@example.com. Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. Only regular price items can be returned and refunded.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges incurred in returning the product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from WAZA online store.

No returns or exchanges are available once the order is shipped. If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item(s) in question within 7 days. We will arrange for re-delivery after investigation with the delivery company.
We accept cancellations before we ship your order. Please contact us by email to email@example.com with a request to cancel your order. Please note that we do not accept cancellations and no refund will be issued once the order is shipped.
