soi
Granola made by hand in Obu, Aichi—some of it from flavors you know, some of it from the Japanese pantry. Miso, matcha, yuzu, black sesame, seaweed-wasabi, alongside apple, black tea, and the original.
soi also presses the same granola into bites, small enough to eat with one hand and hard to stop at one. Gluten-free, egg- and dairy-free, non-GMO.
The name, soi (素意, so-i), is an old Japanese word for an intention you have carried for a long time. The brand’s phrase for it is “a single grain of hospitality.”
