2025 Holiday Season Shipping
To help your gifts arrive in time for the Christmas holiday, please note our recommended order cut-off dates for delivery by December 24, 2025 within the contiguous U.S.:

December 15 (Mon) – Standard / Ground Shipping
(USPS Ground Advantage / First-Class, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground & Home Delivery for WAZA FOOD) -
December 18 (Thu) – USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air

December 20 (Sat) – USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air
We’ll continue to pack and ship orders after these dates, but delivery by December 24 cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak season and severe weather.
* These dates are based on current USPS, UPS and FedEx 2025 holiday guidance, but actual transit times may vary. WAZA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Shipping & Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping.

We ship Monday–Friday from our warehouse and retail location.

Orders placed after 12 pm PT on Friday will be processed starting the following Monday.

During November–December, processing and delivery may take a little longer due to high volume and carrier delays.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges (Non-Food Items)
To make holiday gifting easier, we are offering an extended exchange window for non-food items:

Eligible period: Orders placed between November 22 and December 24, 2025

Extended exchange deadline: Items may be exchanged until January 10, 2026

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability online or in-store.

Gifts may be exchanged, but gift refunds are not available.
Our standard return & exchange rules still apply outside of the holiday period.

Food Items (WAZA FOOD and other food brands)

Food items are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.

If you receive a damaged or broken food item, please contact us at info@waza-nyc.com with photos of the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for re-delivery after investigation with the delivery company.
