Haku Meiga—a series where master foil artisans recreate famous ukiyo-e with Kanazawa Haku, letting the artwork glow against a luminous foil background.
The motif is Kuniyoshi's cat-themed print “Neko Kai Koko Goju-sanbiki” (often read ‘Myau-kai-koko goju-sanbiki’). Cats take center stage, and their poses are playful visual puns on place names.
Use it as a key tray, accessory tray, or small plate for treats—a perfect gift for cat lovers.
Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797 – 1861) was a wildly popular ukiyo-e artist of the late Edo period, famous for warrior prints, bold composition, and a playful sense of humor.
